CCU 1.2

Step 1: Open the SynopticView

Launch the SynopticView on your system.

Step 2: Navigate to Backup & Restore

From the top menu, go to:
Tools → Backup & Restore

Step 3: Import Firmware Data

• Click on Import Data Entry.

• Either:

  • Browse and select the firmware CCU installer file, or

  • Drag and drop the firmware installer into the import window.

• Click OK to confirm the selection.

Step 4: Start Software Installation

Click on Start Software Installation to begin the firmware update process.

Step 5: Monitor Installation

Wait until the installation completes successfully. Do not close the tool or interrupt the process during installation.

⚠️ Important Note

This method is only valid for updating firmware from CCU version 1.1 to CCU version 1.2.
