Niton XL5 – Reset User Login Credentials Using NitonConnect Manager
Reset Niton XL5 user login credentials by creating a new Users (*.ncu) file in NitonConnect Manager and uploading it to the analyzer. The new file overwrites the existing user configuration. After the upload, reboot the analyzer and sign in with the newly created credentials.
Issue
A Niton XL5 requires new login credentials because the existing user name or password is unavailable or needs to be reset.
Uploading a new Users (*.ncu) file replaces the existing user configuration on the analyzer.
