When the radio button for a parameter is left with a blue highlight in the Trace 1300 series, the parameter value is extracted from the current value on the Trace 1300 series. To resolve this, do not use the blue highlighted check box. Instead, leave the box checked/activated or unchecked/deactivated, and the instrument will use the parameters within the Chromeleon method.

Issue

When the radio button for a parameter is left with a blue highlight the parameter value is extracted for the value currently on the Trace 1300 series.

Environment

  • Trace 1300 Series
  • Chromeleon 7.2

Resolution

Do not use the blue highlighted check box. Either leave the box checked/activated or unchecked/deactivated and the instrument will use the parameters within the Chromeleon method.
