Triplus RSH issue on the internal standard post liquid injection option
In the Liquid internal standard post mode, the syringe often fails to correctly pick up the sample during the last step. This issue occurs with the Triplus RSH and Triplus 100. The current solution, until the release of the Triplus RSH 2nd Generation, is to create and load a specific script to correct the issue. The cause is due to incorrect instructions in the firmware script.
Issue
- In the Liquid, internal standard post, the mode doesn’t work correctly.
- In many cases, the syringe didn’t pickup correctly the sample during the last step of this injection mode.

Resolution
The actual solution until the release of the Triplus RSH 2nd Generation, is to create and load the following script:
