31709712 - Rev. D - Hot Injection Adapter Kit

Install the Hot Injection Adapter kit (PN 19050733) on the SSL/SSLBKF injector for gas sampling. Assemble the adapter, put the GC in standby mode, and cool the oven, injector, and detector. Power off the GC, remove the column, and take out the injector module. Install the new module flap cover, reinsert the injector, and remove the top parts. Replace the liner and seal, install the spacer plate, and reinstall the injector body. Attach the adapter, reconnect the column, and check for leaks.
