PSB-SV-566 - AS-DV Autosampler
In February 2010, it was identified that AS-DV Autosampler versions 1.03 or earlier had a rounding error causing injection failures for volumes < 1000 µL and potential needle jamming. Upgrading the firmware to version 1.04 or higher resolves these issues. The firmware can be downloaded from specified intranet/extranet URLs. Description:
Due to a rounding error in the AS-DV version 1.03 or earlier, the AS-DV may not execute injections and report an error message: Not enough volume to deliver. This will occur at delivery volumes < 1000 µL. This does not occur at delivery volumes ≥ 1000 µL. This may also result in infrequent needle jamming.
