How do I troubleshoot when pump will not start?

Resolution

Possible Causes and Solutions:

1. Possible Cause: Flow rate is set to zero.

Solution: 

• Select a flow rate on the Chromeleon ePanel or the mobile app Home page.
• Verify that a flow rate is set in the Chromeleon instrument method.

2. Possible Cause: While being primed, pump starts briefly and an alarm occurs.

Solution:  

• The high pressure limit was tripped. 
• The low-pressure limit was tripped. 
• A leak was detected.
