I am not seeing my panels, getting “$” instead of instrument name.

Issue

I am not seeing my panels, getting “$” instead of instrument name. 

Environment

Chromeleon 7

Resolution

1. Select the epanel filter dropdown that says "last used"

2. Update the filter from "last used" to "autogenerated" by the drop down icon.

3. Now the dollar signs should not be visible and you should have full control of your instrument.
