Seeing $ instead of instrument name for Chromeleon epanels

Unable to see Chromeleon epanels. Observing “$” instead of instrument name.
Environment
Chromeleon 7 Software
Resolution

Select the epanel filter dropdown that says "last used"

Update the filter from "last used" to "autogenerated" by the drop down icon.
- Now the dollar signs should not be visible and you should have full control of your instrument.
