Issue

Cannot run the Data Display. The run button is grayed out.

Environment

  • iCAP Q/RQ/TQ
  • ECCN: EAR99

Resolution

Ensure that at least one analyte is selected to run. 

Analysis

This is especially of concern if a new user is being set up because by defaul no elements or molecules will be selected for the Data Display

Cause

At least one element or molecule is required in order to be able run the Data Display
