Qtegra will not respond after exporting data from the toolbar
Issue
The Qtegra software does not respond after exporting LabBook data from the Qtegra toolbar.
Environment
Qtegra software, iCAP 7000, iCAP Pro, iCAP Q, iCAP RQ, iCAP TQ
Resolution
After clicking on the Query tab within the LabBook, the data can then be exported from the toolbar.
Analysis
Qtegra will not export data from the Concentrations tab in the LabBook.
Cause
Software functionality
