These are possible resolutions for the issue:

• Replace RAM from local vendor

Cause

These are possible causes for the issue:

• RAM of the Corrector PC defective

Details

When startup corrector UI, top right side of image corrector UI(on EM, Supply, from EM, Image) shows red.

• checked the corrector PC connection and power supply in the corrector cabinet.
• checked the communication from the microscope PC to Corrector PC.
• checked cables are connected properly.
• Checked if the corrector PC can be ping (198.211.143.10). Switch the cable from COM1 to COM2 on the corrector PC. No communication at all
• Restart the corrector PC, all the above didn't solve the issue.
• Removed one of the Corrector PC's RAM, issue solved.
• Corrector PC RAM could not be order separately, instead advised to replace the whole Corrector PC. But customer replace local source RAM and issue solved.

Replaced one of the RAM of the corrector PC.
