HAADF BF DF4 can get good image; DF2 shows no signal.

Cause

These are possible causes for the issue:

DF2(pin4-11) is OL, DF2 connection is open

Details

Double checked all the detectors(HAADF, BF, DF4 and DF2)'s position, they are all well aligned. HAADF BF DF4 can get good image, while DF2 shows no signal. It shows the issue may result from the DF2 module.

Measure the cable of DF2(pin4-11) with multimeter, it shows OL, DF2 connection is open circuit. That means the BF/DF module is defective, so replace the module, issue fixed.
