These are possible causes for the issue:
- No selectris in customer dongle
During selectrisinstallation it is not possible to get the EnergyFilterMonitorprogram online.
In the bottom it says connection succeeded but it remains offline ( see attached image ).
Solution : The selectris option needs to be enabled in the customer dongle ( it is not by default enabled in the service dongle ) to make it work.
