Issue

FEG shuts down randomly without error message.

Environment

Titan Cubed G2 60-300

Resolution

These are possible resolutions for the issue:

  • Repair or replace the damaged cables.

Cause

These are possible causes for the issue:

  • FIB/H cables were damaged due to arcing.

Details

Based on the log file, there are a lot of CPBF communications errors being lost and restored.

While FSE was replacing CPB board, he found some damage on the cable between FIB/H X104 and MWB X10 and he also found burnt marks on FIB/H X11 cable.

Issue seems to be solved after FSE repaired the cable on site but it is advisable to replace the damaged cables if possible.
