Flu screen inserting error and crash flu screen viewer

when insert the flu screen, flu screen viewer crash,Screen lift button doesn't work with error message:"HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component"

Details

Flu screen viewer crashes with an error during each screen inserting. Screen lift button on the hand panel doesn't work as well.

Action:
Replacing the UIOB flu and running a firmware update.---->No help.
TAD test of UIOB flu almost all pass except self test due to firmware not allow
All other critical test pass.
Checked the sensors on the lifting mechanism---> both working when manual insert/retract.

Solution: Replacing the entire flu screen assembly , issue fixed.
