Details

RHP will not connect after rebooting MPC. Work around is to disconnect LHP then reconnect LHP . This establishes connection to RHP. All TAD tests for the RHP fail when connected ( working ) or disconnected ( not working ). We have replaced all RHP hardware. Hand panels, cables, interconnect boxes, MPC, were replaced per GTS and problem still persists. SW upgrade to latest revision of SW didn't resolve issue either.
