LicenseManagementService not running

Unable to activate EPU and Tomo.

Resolution

These are possible resolutions for the issue:

• Uninstall and then reinstall LicenseManagementService. After that, reinstall Bergson version 2.13.

Cause

These are possible causes for the issue:

• LicenseManagementService was not running and could not be started.

Details

Uninstall and then reinstall ‘LicenceManagementDeveloper64' and 'LicenceManagementRuntime64’ from SW 2.14 Applications.iso because for unknown reason, we could not find the ‘LicenceManagementDeveloper64' and 'LicenceManagementRuntime64’ in SW 2.15.3 Applications.iso.

After that, the LicenseManagementService working and then we register the products again in PkLicensing.

However we encountered a different error while opening EPU and Tomo, after reinstalling Bergson version 2.13, issue fixed.
