Resolution

These are possible resolutions for the issue:

• From Task Manager restart Apache service

Cause

These are possible causes for the issue:

• Apache service is not working

Details

1. OSD power cycle didn’t work
2. Restart TEM server didn’t work
3. Restart MPC didn’t work
4. Root cause is Apache service is not working
5. Solution: From Task manager restart Apache service

Note: We should stop apache service first and start it again
