Details

Projection chamber vacuum leak to air after HAADF retracted, CCGp crashed to be disabled
When HAADF detector inserted, projection chamber vac can pump down to 54 logs
After removal of HAADF detector, vac can reach 27logs with dummy flange So have HAADF replaced and fixed the issue

Notes: Technically the Oring between column and HAADF should be replaced first before exchanging HAADF. But in this case HAADF was ordered to fix this issue due to other reasons .
