Unable to activate or deactivate Velox offline after HDD crash.

Cause

These are possible causes for the issue:

Velox detected hardware was changed in PC.

Details

First make sure the license is deactivated, use PKlicensing to check and deactivate.
Un-install Velox.
Un-install Bergson B’protected runtime.
Re-install Velox, it requires to input the activation code.

If issue remains, ask FSE to send ‘Software Reference Code’ which can be obtained by manual activation. You can use this ‘Software Reference Code’ in Bergson website (requires password) to get new license code that can work on new hardware.
