Details

During Z height adjustment and after using alpha wobbler, stage suddenly moved all the way to X direction. Then stage no longer responding until rebooting TEMserver. This unresolvable pole touch can happen randomly with and without holder, it also happens in alpha, x or Y movement
It was found that harness cable can cause pole touch. By wiggling the cable 2V pole touch signal can become 0V. Finally use a cushion to fix the harness cable so the issue did not happen anymore, issue fixed.
