How to become a Document Upload Contributor or Editor

In order to become a Document Upload Contributor or Editor, complete Document Upload Training for the Knowledge Worker. (Previously called Technical Documentation Training)

  1. Submit the provided Knowledge Base Role Access Form at the end of the training. 
  2. Training completion records are reviewed each Friday.
  3. Access will be granted by the end of the day on the following Monday.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent on Tuesday by the end of the day.

Upon user request and manager approval, the user can become a Document Upload Editor.

  • Find/View published pages in alignment with page permissions
  • Subscribe to pages, rate & provide feedback on pages
  • View, create, edit, delete, revert, and tag draft pages
  • See revision history
  • Find/View published pages in alignment with page permissions
  • Subscribe to pages, rate & provide feedback on pages
  • View, create, edit, delete, revert, and tag draft pages
  • See revision history
  • Create, edit, tag, revert, copy and move published pages
  • Publish drafts (Make articles live)
  • Find/View published pages in alignment with page permissions
  • Subscribe to pages, rate & provide feedback on pages
  • View, create, edit, delete, revert, and tag draft pages
  • See revision history
  • Create, edit, tag, revert, copy and move published pages
  • Publish drafts (Make articles live)
  • Delete/Unpublished pages
  • Change page permissions
