Issue
Do you have instructions on how to replace the blower assembly, PN: 1900199, on a Model 3310 Incubator?
Environment
3307, 3310
Resolution
Disassembly:
1. Turn unit off and disconnect power cord.
2. Remove four screws from the side cover. Set the cover aside.
3. Disconnect the 2-position temp sensor wiring connector.
4. Disconnect the black and white wires of the conditioner heater from the harness. Note: Some tie-wraps may need removed in this process.
5. Disconnect the (6 position) blower motor wiring connector.
6. Disconnect the ribbon cable from the micro board. Remove the ribbon cable from the clips on the plenum cover, if applicable.
7. Loosen and remove the plastic tubing nut (turn nut to the right) from the steel tube of RH conditioning assembly.
8. Unlatch the four ‘suitcase’ latches of the plenum cover and remove cover. Retain all insulation (gloves may be required).
9. Remove (16) screws from the blower/RH conditioner plate assembly and remove assembly. Three of the screws are seal screws and must be replaced in the same location. See Figure 2.
10. On the opposite side of the assembly just removed, remove the retaining ring of the RH conditioning assembly (Figure 3).
11. Remove the (2) screws and bracket securing the RH conditioning assembly. See Figure 3.
Assembly:
1. Fit the conditioning tube assembly into place and secure with the bracket and 2 screws (Figure 3).
2. Install the retaining ring indicated in Figure 3.
3. Install blower/RH conditioner plate assembly, using the 16 screws. Be sure to install the 3 seal screws into the previous locations. See Figure 2.
4. Fit and latch down the plenum cover. Make sure all insulation is in place. Refer to Figure 1 for this step and the following.
5. Install and tighten the plastic tubing nut to the steel tube of the RH conditioning assembly.
6. Secure the ribbon cable and connect it to the micro board, previously.
7. Install the 6 position blower motor wiring connector.
8. Connect black and white RH conditioner heater wires to the yellow and grey of the harness.
9. Attach the RH conditioner temp sensor connector to the connector in the harness. Tie-wrap all as needed.
10. Replace the side cover, top edge first, and secure with the screws.
11. Connect the power cord and turn the unit on.
12. Verify proper unit operation.
