Aquanex Water Purification System - Troubleshooting Blank Display and Clicking Noise

Description: 

If the Aquanex water purification system makes clicking sounds and there is no display when plugged in, please check the attachement of the power cable.

The flat side of the plug should face inward, with the flat side toward the USB port. In some cases it has been installed backwards which creates the symptoms described.
