This operation manual and parts list for Ventgard® and Water Seal describes their installation and maintenance for preventing contamination in distilled water storage tanks. The Ventgard uses breather valves and a filter element to purify air entering the tank, while the Water Seal prevents air from entering the tank overflow. Maintenance includes replacing the Ventgard filter element every 60 days or after 1,000 gallons.
