Ensure completion of the Site Inspection form for the new water purification system start-up. Delays and additional charges may occur if the installation site is not ready. Rename the form with your company name, save it for your records, and email the completed form to servicesupport.led.asheville@thermofisher.com. This checklist helps streamline the start-up process and avoids unnecessary delays.
