Troubleshooting Guide - Tank Level Monitor Malfunction Alert - Aquanex Water Purification Systems

The Tank Level Monitor Alert occurs when the tank level remains below 90% for over 10 minutes without a volume increase. The Aquanex system should start producing RO water when the level drops below 90%. If the level does not increase, check the feed water supply, pretreatment, RO membrane, or level sensor. Ensure T2 water dispense is enabled if using the T2 dispenser or Storage Tank. Note: Type I water cannot be dispensed while Type II water is being dispensed.

Description:

This article addresses troubleshooting a tank level monitor malfunction alert, focusing on scenarios where the tank level remains below 90% for over 10 minutes without volume increase. It details the process logic for RO water production, conditions for refilling, and communication issues with the Aquanex unit. Troubleshooting steps include reducing the water level, checking for water level percentage increases, and inspecting the feed water supply, pretreatment, RO membrane, or level sensor if the level does not rise. It emphasizes that Type I water cannot be dispensed while Type II water is being dispensed.
