Ultrapure Water Systems - Genpure - MicroPure - Entering the Cartridge Serial Number
Description:
Instructions to enter the DI filter serial number. This resets the timer for the cartridge replacement reminder. Please avoid accessing other menus while the controller service levels are unlocked without further instructions.
Entering Cartridge Serial Number to Reset Replacement Reminder
1. Note the serial number from the currently installed 09.2005 DI cartridge.
2. Advance through the menus using the MENU button. Each press of MENU jumps to the next screen. As you scroll through you will see a serial number screen, but keep going until you get to the screen that says CODE / PRESS ENTER.
3. At the menu displaying CODE / PRESS ENTER, use the the arrow keys on the Genpure keypad to select the access code 0950. Once you have that code dialed up, press ENTER. This unlocks the service level of the controls and returns to the home screen.
4. Advance through the menus using the MENU button until you reach the Serial Number menu. You will see that now there is a cursor allowing you to change to the serial number.
5. Using the arrow keys, enter the serial number of the new (current) 09.2005 DI cartridge, then press ENTER
6. Use the MENU button to navigate back to the home screen.
The replace filter reminder should be gone.
