•Failure in ‘Always Open’ and ‘Always Closed’ State - Filter Validation would not run during protocol after detection door has been opened and closed

Bulk Fluids Door

•Failure in ‘Always Open’ State – Blue bulk fluid indicator lights would always be on, even when door is closed

•Failure in ‘Always Closed’ State – Blue bulk fluid indicator lights would never show which set of tanks was active
