Issue

If the back flow test time is shorter or longer than expected, it could point to a restriction in the sample line or an injection needle that is not properly installed

If the back flow does not fill sheath into the collection tube, the sample line is clogged and will need to be replaced

An injection needle that is broken or not properly installed would result in a out of specification backflush test.  Check the tightness of the injection needle if back flow time is shorter than expected.
