Connection to Exploris can be lost if DNS is set to 127.0.0.0 on Network Card (NIC)

Issue

Connection / communication to Exploris can be lost if Preferred DNS Server is set to 127.0.0.0 on Network Card (NIC).

Environment

Exploris Series

Might be applicable to other instrument series

Resolution

Customer had Preferred DNS Server set to 127.0.0.0

Removed 127.0.0.0 and connection restored.
