Current software packages each have a specific data logging structure this may include audit trails from some platforms especially if compliance features are activated – other areas of software maintain independent log files – these can be routinely acquired automatically or actively collected using utilities or /switches.

The attached guide covers a range of instrument control, acquisition and reporting platforms within the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry group assisting in providing the relevant data required to assist in diagnosis of the issues by the Support and R&D teams.
