ISQ continues to lose communication

Environment

  • GCMS ISQ
  • GCMS TSQ

Resolution

  • Look at the LAN Cable to see if it is damaged.
  • Locate the cable that is included in the MS Accessory, Ping the IP of the MS System directly with CMD.
  • If needed, change the Lan connection port on the PC, if no communication possible Digital load or Instrument control board may be faulty.
