MS Communication error

Issue

MS Communication error; ISQ keeps losing comms

Environment

GCMS (ISQ, TSQ)

Resolution

1. Look for the LAN Cable and see if its damaged.
2. Look for the right cable, included in the MS Accessory.
3. Ping the IP of the MS System directly with CMD.
4. Change the LAN connection port on the PC.
5. When no communication possible, digital board or instrument control board is faulty.
