Raman driver not installed after move to new computer

Issue

Customer used original software and service pack to move to new Windows 10 computer and software was not communicating with DXR

Environment

  • DXR instruments
  • OMNIC OFDR

Resolution

  1. It was found the DXR driver was not install
  2. We were able to go to the service pack CD, select the DXR Drivers (x64) folder and run the  DXR Drivers (x64).msi installer
  3. Drivers now install and software communicating
