Czitek SurveyIR Microscope Accessory Not Recognized by eSpot Software

Issue

The eSpot software provided with the Czitek SurveyIR microscope accessory does not recognize or communicate with the hardware.

Environment

Czitek SurveyIR microscope

Resolution

Use the "SurveyIR_Updater.exe" program provided by Czitek to update the accessory firmware.

Updater program is attached below and zip file includes instructions on how to update the firmware.

Analysis

The Czitek SurveyIR microscope accessory uses eSpot software for viewing the camera and controlling the microscope hardware.   

This same software is also used for the Czitek MicroATR accessory. 

If the eSpot software only has the option to select MicroATR, the firmware on the SurveyIR might need to be updated.
