Omnic accessory experiment file keeps changing

Issue

Accessory experiment file keeps changing when smart accessory is inserted

Environment

• Nicolet iS20 
• Nicolet iS10 
• Nicolet Apex 
• Nicolet iS50

Resolution

1. Check and clean the smart accessory chips contacts if they are dirty with a small a mount of Isopropyl alcohol

2. Check to see if postioning of Smart chip is correct.
