Issue

Summit computer low on disk space. Windows reports hard drive is full. and Paradigm will not open

Environment

• Summit Pro
• Summit

Resolution

Check C:\ProgramData\Thermo Scientific\Paradigm\DbBackup. If there are multiple backup folders located here delete them.  

Check C:\ProgramData\RabbitMQ\Log. If the log files are larger then 1GB the log files can be deleted to restore drive space on the Summit SOM. 

Check %temp% folder and  Downloads folder and delete unneeded files if any.

After deleting files Recycle Bin should be emptied.
