This application study will show how the ThermoScientific Antaris Fourier transform near-infrared (FT-NIR) analyzer with the Sample Cup Spinner accessory (Figure 1) was successfully used to analyze whole soybeans. The calibration models developed during this study prove thatrapid, non-destructive near-infrared technology can accurately predict important components in soybeans.
