Changes Made to Insight Pro Report Settings are not Being Saved

Issue

When using an Administrator account, the report settings in Insight Pro are saved, but when other users make changes, they do not get saved when closing and reopening the software.

Environment

Insight Pro

Resolution

Modify the permissions on the folder C:\ProgramData\Thermo\Insight to allow the appropriate user or group to have rights to modify files.

Typically this would be granting them "Modify" and "Write" permissions.
