Measurements Not Being Displayed on Dashboard and "Site Can't Be Reached" Error When Running Workflows

OMNIC Paradigm software may experience three issues: delayed opening, missing new background/sample data, and workflows returning a "This site can't be reached" error. These problems can be resolved by turning off the Memory Integrity setting in Windows 11. To do this, access "Core Isolation" via the Windows Settings App, disable the Memory Integrity toggle in the Windows Security app and reboot the computer.

Issue

There are three separate issues that may affect OMNIC Paradigm software that can be caused by the same setting in Windows.

  1. Paradigm takes longer than normal to open.
  2. After collecting a new background or sample, it doesn't show up in the list of measurements and/or previously collected spectra are not shown.
