Steps to change or update standards or expiration date in Omnic System status

Resolution

Here are the steps to change the standard expiration date:

  1. Open the Omnic Software:
  • Launch the Omnic software on your computer.
  1. Access the System Status:
  • Navigate to the 'View' menu and select 'Configure System Status'.
  1. Locate Valpro Qualification or Performance verification:
  • Then click on the Configure Standards
  1. Select the Standard or click add for a new standard
  • Find and select the standard for which you want to change the expiration date.
  1. Edit Standard Information:
  • There should be an option to update the standard information. Click on this option.
  1. Change Expiration Date:
  • Locate the field for the expiration date. Enter the new expiration date as required.
  1. Save Changes:
  • Save the changes you have made by click ok. Ensure that the new expiration date is correctly displayed.
  1. Verify:
  • Verify that the new expiration date has been updated and is reflected correctly in the system.
