This is instruction for a full OS and Software upgrade of the Thermo Scientific MarqMetrix All-In-One Process Raman Analyzer, Ramina Analyzer, or legacy MarqMetrix All-In-One. Instruments running older software installations may require a full software and OS upgrade.

The MarqMetrix All-In-One Software Upgrade Pre-fulfillment Form must be submitted to your sales or service representative in order to obtain two different USBs for this upgrade. This will include upgrading the Windows Operating System of the instrument and the Software.

IMPORTANT: This is only for RSS 1.3 or older. 

IMPORTANT: Reimaging the SSD will cause all data saved to the instrument to be lost. Users must backup all data to an off-instrument location before upgrade.
