How can I view the e-mail distribution groups to which I belong?

Resolution

The easiest way to view your membership in e-mail distribution groups is to open Outlook Online from https://www.office.com/?auth=2, and follow these steps:

  1. In the upper right-hand corner of Outlook Online, click the gear/sprocket icon to access the Settings menu.
  2. At the bottom of the Settings menu, click View all Outlook settings.
  3. In the larger Settings window that appears, click the General settings (another gear/sprocket icon).
  4. Click the Distribution groups item, and then wait for the distribution groups to appear.
  5. Distribution groups will be separated between Distribution groups I belong to and Distribution groups I own.
  6. In the Distribution groups I belong to list on the left side, find and select the distribution group in question; if you wish to leave the distribution group, click the leave icon (3rd from the left).
  7. In the Warning dialog box, click Yes to confirm that you wish to leave the distribution group.
