Resolution

This tool is owned by Samantha Morrissette and John Jameson. Supported and administered entirely from within the IES, LSLPG/GSS, and MSD divisions; IES supports all divisions other than LSLPG/GSS and MSD.  

  1. Email the support team.
  2. Visit the LogMeIn iConnect site and submit a support ticket.

NOTE: Do not contact Thermo Fisher IT or the vendor directly unless it is to request Temporary Admin rights to your device to install the Technician Console.
