Who is eligible to become a registered user of LogMeIn Rescue & Rescue Lens?

Resolution

  • All Thermo Fisher colleagues who need to provide remote support are eligible to become registered users (i.e., Support Providers).
  • There is no direct licensing cost to the cost center for prospective registered users.
  • There is no limit to the number of Thermo Fisher users who may become registered.
  • All licensing costs are borne by the IES, LSLPG/GSS, and MSD operating budgets.

NOTE: Any personnel who need to receive remote support (i.e., Support Receivers) do not need access to this tool; they will be instructed by a Support Provider how to receive remote support when they need it.  These persons include Customers, Dealers, Distributors, and Independent Service Organization representatives.
