Pike Map300 Loses Driver After Windows 10 Update

Issue

After the Windows Enterprise update to version 1909, the installed drivers for the Pike accessory Map300 were lost. Drivers for AutoPRO5 are found, but AutoPRO7 software is running.

Is there a need to update to the AutoPRO7 driver?

Resolution

If you have AutoPRO7 installed, the drivers should be located here on your local C drive: C:\PIKE_Technologies\AutoPRO7\USB Drivers\CDM v2.12.28 WHQL Certified
