Blank Map displayed in Spectral Imaging

Description: 

When preforming maps in Spectral Imaging one of the map areas shows up blank and no label.

 

Environment:

  • Noran System 6

Resolution:

  1. The problem is a bug within the older version of NSS software that the MCS signal in enable in the Element Setup tab but the check box is hidden.
     
  2. To correct this problem go into the Service mode enable the MCS port and give it a name.
     
  3. Then return to the Spectral imaging mode and uncheck the 'MCS' box in the Elemenet Setup tab.
     
  4. Now return to the Service mode and disable the MCS port.
