Burner not in place error

Issue

Customer are receiving a Burner not in place error on new systems

Environment

• iCE 3300
• iCE 3500

Resolution

Currently new systems have a new design for the burner position optosensor where the sensor is mount from the back vs older systems where the sensor was mount from the front.

The rear mounted sensors are getting damaged if the burner is not carefully installed on the spray chamber.  The front of the sensor is broken off by the burner base on insertion.

Figure 2: Rear mounted sensor damaged

The burner sensor assembly will need to be replaced.
